Make sure we have your contact phone number where we can reach you on the day of the installation.
Pack up your receivers and remote controls and bring them to your new home. A DIRECTV technician will install a new dish and hook up your receivers, TV, DVD players, etc. at NO charge.
Electricity must be turned on and all TVs must be present in your new home before your installation appointment.
Someone who is at least 18 years old and authorized to sign for work performed must be home during the entire installation.
If you live in an apartment or condo, you must have Landlord or HOA permission. The US Government limits the restrictions that homeowners associations and other local groups can place on satellite equipment installations.
